This is the picture of my mock peak week.
I have tried my current best to bring the best conditions to the up coming shows. 6 days out .

What I have learnt:
-no sodium depletion and no water depletion
-train heavy to retain LBM
-listen to your body
-refeed days , importance of training periodization, good training blocks Etc
-natural Athlete does NOT train the same as drugs enhanced Athlete
-flexible diets
-peak week only matters if you are lean enough . It is not a miracle week.

What I have done wrong
-I binged eat once in a while
-over eating(hence, why self reporting and Anecdotal evidence are poor sources in research method)
-I did not completely followed the deload week protocol and my training performance suffered as a result.
-I did not track my macros precisely in the beginning and wasted the time for better tapering.

In the future
I will see the results of my upcoming competitions and decide afterward.
To study a nutrition degree and be a dietitian that lifts. Spend more time with my families and work on my weak points.

My goal
-To bring oversea natural pro standards to Hk. In order to inspire others to think twice before attempting temporary hormonal short-cuts.
-to battle pseudoscience aka bro science
-empowering people to stay active and lift some weights.
-giving out free infos that is evidence based rather than just one click share without looking deeply into the content.
